MCRA Conference

DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, IT IS WITH GREAT SADNESS THAT MCRA WILL NOT BE HOLDING ITS ANNUAL CISM TRAINING CONFERENCE IN SEPTEMBER.

MCRA IS PLANNING TO RESUME OUR ANNUAL TRAINING CONFERENCE IN 2021.

Who Should Attend This Conference - This Conference is for anyone working in the fields of Law Enforcement, Fire Services, EMS, 911 Dispatchers, Mental Health, Clergy, Educators, Medical Care, EAP, Emergency Managers, Crisis Intervention, Traumatic Stress, and Disaster Mental Health

What You Will Learn at the Conference – This annual MCRA event provides high quality experiential training for individuals or groups interested in the latest training and education on comprehensive crisis intervention systems.  All the trainings are based on the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF) model developed by Dr. Jeffery T. Mitchell.

Certification Distribution – ICISF certificates of specialized training are distributed on-site at the completion of the conference by course instructors in their classrooms.  You must attend all sessions of the two-day ICISF certified training courses in order to receive an ICISF certificate of completion and CE credits.

Only courses offered through MCRA sponsored conferences will be eligible for ACE social work CEs.
